"Above all I had hoped
that together we might lie
with all our bones together
within the selfsame skin"
- Eugène Ionesco, The Chairs, 1952
The Chairs by Ionesco was due for an overhaul… or perhaps just a good ignoring of all together. In 'I’LL EXPLAIN IT ALL TO YOU LATER.', 16 emerging theatre makers create three 30 minute, high energy, low inhibition responses to another old white guy’s seminal text.
