Zhuzhu Xie is a graduate with a background in graphic design and civil engineering. Her work embodies a fusion of these disciplines, offering an interdisciplinary perspective on art and design.

She reflects on the ramifications of global capitalism, imagining both utopian and dystopian future worlds. She adopts spatial narratives and world-building, seen through a 'more than human' lens, and uses film and installation to challenge norms and expand the boundaries of art and technology, sparking conversations about the complexities of our globalised world.
