Louisa Fitzgerald is a set and costume designer for theatre, opera and dance.

Originally from Sydney, where she earned a Bachelor of Design from the University of New South Wales, she has recently completed a Master of Production Design at the Victorian College of the Arts. Louisa’s practice is informed by a passion for design history, and her skilled background as an artist and maker.

Recent credits include Set Design for Victorian Opera’s ‘The Grumpiest Boy in the World’ (2023), and Costume Design for ‘Home Economics’ (2023), and Costume Design for The Australian Ballet’s production, ‘Storytime Cinderella’.
