Ishan Vivekanantham is a multi-disciplinary artist who specialises in set and costume design. He combines his background in engineering and architecture to create visually striking worlds that are intrinsically connected to the text.
Ishan holds a Master of Production Design degree from the Victorian College of the Arts (VCA), and has worked on several productions, including, 'Inconsolable plus 4' (dir. Georgina Naidu, VCA), 'Krapp's Last Tape' (dir. Lincoln Gidney, VCA), 'My Mum Died and I Wanna Sing About It' (dir. Lincoln Gidney, Melbourne Fringe), and the Australian Ballet‚'Storytime: Cinderella' (chor. David McAllister).
Ishan has been recognised for his craft, receiving both the Cassidy Bequest Scholarship (2022), and Trina Parker Scholarship (2023) for design and production.
